Digital services
Åland Post's multi-channel distribution solution: we manage all common channels, including e-invoice (Finvoice), SMS, email, post, Netposti, and direct debit.
- Our standard format for digital invoicing is Finvoice 3.0 or 3.1, but it can be adapted to other formats as long as they contain the necessary data.
- All invoices, except those sent to Netposti, are generated as PDF files and stored in an e-archive before being sent to the recipient.
- The choice of distribution channel is determined by the agreement between the sender and the recipient. The recipient receives a link to the PDF file in the notification.

Xerox handles everything from receiving files and preparing them for production to carrying out the production itself and distributing digital mail to the appropriate distribution channels.
