For nearly 400 years, Åland Post has offered regular transport to and from Åland. To this day, we still have the community responsibility of delivering postal items to every household and business five days a week.

These logistic tasks constitute crucial community functions for both private individuals and business enterprises, and we have a serious obligation to carry out these responsibilities with a high level of quality.

Furthermore, Åland Post makes long-term investments in order to create conditions for sustainable growth that provide continued good profits for the community in the form of dividends, taxes and jobs. Since the start 1993 Åland Post has paid 29 million euro in dividends to the Government of Åland.
